Travis Kemble Davis (Rufio) of Midwest City, OK, passed away on Friday, November 14, 2025, in Oklahoma City at the age of 37. Travis was born on February 19, 1988, in Ada, OK to Charles and Kathy Davis. He spent most of his life between Seminole and Midwest City, OK.
Travis found his love for the DC Universe when he was 6. His mom took him to meet Adam West, and from then on, Batman was his hero. He became a wrestling fan a few years later. He would watch it at their grandma’s with his uncle and cousins, trying the moves out on each other. He was also a fan of Star Wars.
He got his first guitar when he was 5. His dad always said he didn’t think it would last, but Travis proved otherwise—he formed a band in high school called Monkie Friday and performed shows in Harrah and other venues. His love for music was unmatched.
Travis attended Choctaw High School, where he made many lifelong friends. He also loved gaming. “Sivzero” was his alter ego, and he enjoyed playing with his nephews, niece, and many friends.
Travis was a chef at several establishments and discovered his passion for fine dining at Mary Eddy’s, often excited about manning the steaks. He was a sports fanatic and loved going to the bar with friends to watch OU football, the OKC Thunder, the Tennessee Titans, and various other sports.
Last but not least, he was an amazing KJ—he could sing anything and greatly enjoyed karaoke with friends and family. Legendary Rufio.
He had a special bond with his oldest nephews, Grason and Gavin Palos, whom he called his brothers.
Travis was preceded in death by his father, Charles Davis; grandparents Tom and Hedy Davis; grandfather John Kemble; aunt Brenda and uncle John Gentry; aunt Karen Kemble; and uncle Opie Davis.
He is survived by his mother, Kathy Kemble; sisters Tracy, Rozina, and Shenena Davis; Grandmother Maurine Kemble; six nephews, three nieces, two great-nephews and great-nieces, and a host of family and friends.
